This is a series I made originally for the listeners of SiriusXM's "Kids Place Live!" (Ch. 78). I love that channel very, very much—I love the people, I love their tastes in what a great kid-friendly music station can play, and I love and appreciate all the support they've given me over the years. GO KIDS PLACE LIVE!

These came about because I love sound effects, and I've always wanted to make little jams out of them that—it would turn out—all happen to be the sounds of words that rhyme. Building them was so much fun and that I'm pretty sure that from now on, the groove of every song I make that doesn't specifically require the absence of sound effects will likely have at its core a bunch of nails being dropped or a barbecue lid slamming or the squeaky wheel on a shopping cart.
